DirecTemplate is a template engine which allows you to completely separate your presentation (HTML) from your logic (PHP code).

It is similar to other template engines such as Smarty, however it is much more lightweight, and unlike Smarty and many others, it does not require any form of disk access for cacheless operation.

DirecTemplate supports caching, loops, conditionals, transformations, includes, result set paging, custom plugins, and more.
